Second generation in vivo delivery product offering-
Introducing: MaxSuppressor™ In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II
After extensive animal validation testing, we have identified a new in vivo delivery vehicle that has demonstrated significant value in mice and rats. MaxSuppressor™ In Vivo RNA-LANCEr II (catalog #3410-01) has outperformed all other delivery agents tested. This patent pending formulation has utility for in vivo target validation and therapeutic agent development.
In addition, we now offer the Lipid Extruder (catalog # 341007) and Micro-Homogenizers to assist with RNAi agent experiments. Researchers at BIOO have found that lipid extrusion of the packaged RNAi agent to a particle size of 100 nm provides greater activity in animals as compared to using sonication to generate liposomes.
