Bioo Scientific Showcases Innovative Solutions for Rapid Food Safety Testing at AOAC 2015
September 22, 2015
Bioo Scientific will showcase its latest advances in food and feed safety and quality testing, at booth #502 of the 129th AOAC Annual Meeting, September 27-30 in Los Angeles, CA. Some of the technologies Bioo Scientific will introduce include the most sensitive test available for histamine screening, and a convenient sulfite detection which overcomes issues with problematic “high-creep” samples. Additionally, Bioo Scientific will present optimized immunoaffinity columns for mycotoxin analysis, and a solution for high-throughput detection of amantadine residues in poultry.
Bioo Scientific is committed to providing companies with easy-to-implement, cost-effective methods to identify and eliminate contaminants from food supplies, using kits manufactured under ISO 9001 standards. These kits provide sensitive, reproducible results to meet stringent requirements for reliable analysis in a wide variety of sample types.
Everyone is also invited to visit Bioo Scientific’s poster sessions, “Development of a Rapid Immunoassay to Determine Ochratoxin A in Oat Samples”, “Improved Methods for Detecting Sulfite, a Prevalent Food Preservative”, “Rapid, High-Throughput ELISA Assay for Amantadine Detection in Poultry Samples” and “Development of a Rapid Immunoassay to Determine Histamine in Fishmeal Samples”.
Additionally, technical representatives from Bioo Scientific will be available at AOAC 2015 to answer questions about Bioo Scientific’s extensive product line of kits for the detection of veterinary drugs, toxins, pesticides, pathogens and industrial contaminants in food and feed samples.
