The NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Modules offer additional flexibility to next generation sequencing library preparation. The NEXTflex ChIP-Seq Modules contain specially designed NanoQ™ enzymes and buffers needed for sample preparation of chromatin immunoprecipitated or regular genomic DNA for next generation sequencing. They also feature Bioo Scientific’s proprietary Enhanced Adapter Ligation Technology, resulting in library preps with a larger number of unique sequencing reads. With the improved enzymatic ligation mix, the user will now have the ability to perform ligations with longer adapters, and can expect to see better binding efficiencies. All of these modules are compatible with the Illumina sequencing platforms. These modules are available in any quantity greater than 100 reactions.


NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq End Repair Module

The NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq End-Repair Module is designed with enzymes and buffers to efficiently repair fragmented DNA with overhangs to blunt ended DNA. This module is optimized for low DNA input. The NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq End Repair Module is supplied as a master mix to maximize efficiency and convenience in DNA sample preparation workflows. The module is the first step in the NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Kit.


NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Adenylation Module

The NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Adenylation Module is designed with enzymes and buffers to efficiently incorporate an “A” on the 3’ end of blunt DNA fragments. The module is the second step in the NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Kit.


NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Ligation Module

The NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Ligation Module is designed with enzymes and buffers to efficiently ligate DNA adapters to adenylated DNA fragments. This module is optimized for low DNA input. Using Bioo Scientific’s Enhanced Ligation Technology, adapters are bound to more DNA fragments, leading to increased sequencing diversity and reads. The module is the fourth step in the NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Kit.


NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq PCR Module

The NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq PCR Module is designed with enzymes, buffers and nucleotides to efficiently amplify adapter ligated DNA. The module is the final step in the NEXTflex™ ChIP-Seq Kit.
