Bioo Scientific was founded in 2003 as a limited liability company and was incorporated as a C-corporation in 2006. Bioo Scientific is located in the Pecan Business Park in Austin, Texas, where all of our research, development and manufacturing takes place. With our quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2008 standards, Bioo Scientific strives to deliver high quality products and services in conjunction with exceptional customer service and technical support.
Bioo Scientific has applied for patents to protect its RNAi agent delivery technology, drug technologies and test kit products. We have been awarded numerous SBIR grants that support our innovative product development activities from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the National Science Foundation (NSF). In addition, we have developed contracts with global research companies and governmental agencies, which enable Bioo Scientific to fund new technology development and create jobs.

Food and Feed Safety Products
Bioo Scientific is a market leader in the food and feed safety testing industry. We develop, manufacture and market a wide range of food and feed safety products for the detection of microbial and industrial contaminants, natural toxins, hormones, antibiotics and a variety of other veterinary drug residues. All our products are developed and manufactured in our headquarters in Austin, Texas. Our customers range from government labs, such as the USDA, FDA and US Customs and Border Control, to food processors and aquaculture farms around the world.
Life Science Products
Bioo Scientific offers a wide range of products to facilitate life science and preclinical research. In addition to our innovative RNAi
delivery solutions, our rapidly expanding product line includes gene-specific cytokine ELISAs, toxicology testing assays, tools for
working with small RNAs, and kits which simplify DNA and RNA isolation and PCR and protein detection
Services
Bioo Scientific has the experience and expertise to help you successfully complete preclinical drug development by designing,
performing, and documenting safety tests that meet regulatory requirements. A few of the services that our highly trained scientific
staff provides include in vivo RNAi/miRNA, immunohistochemistry, monoclonal antibody and protein and animal services at our USDA and OLAW approved animal facility.
Therapeutics
This fall Bioo Scientific is scheduled to launch a new division, BiooTherapeutics, which will focus on leveraging the therapeutic potential
of our proprietary technologies. Currently we have seven novel drug candidates in our pipeline.
