Sensitive Sulfaquinoxaline ELISA
The MaxSignal® Sulfaquinoxaline (SQX) ELISA Test Kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative screening of SQX in fish, shrimp, honey, kidney, liver, meat, milk, milk powder, serum, urine and water samples.
Sulfonamides, including SQX, are used as feed additives and in veterinary medicine for the treatment of intestinal infections, mastitis, and other diseases and can be found in food such as fish and shrimp. The US FDA and EU-Law have set a maximum residue limit for the sulfonamide-group antibiotics of 100 ppb in muscle, fat, liver and kidney and 100 ppb in milk.
This kit is manufactured to the international quality standard ISO 9001:2008.
The MaxSignal Sulfaquinoxaline (SQX) ELISA Test Kit can be used for 96 determinations or to test 42 samples in duplicate (using 12 wells for standards). This kit should be stored at 2-8°C. The shelf life is 12 months when properly stored.
