In Vivo Positive and Negative Synthetic miRNA Controls

**Offered as synthetic miRNA or formulated into MaxSuppressorTM In Vivo RNA-LANCEr liposomes ready for injection**

Catalog #: 3430-03
miR-1 miRNA molecule

miR-1 has been shown to influence twinfilin 1 (also known as protein tyrosine kinase 9, A6 protein tyrosine kinase, and PTK9 protein tyrosine kinase 9) levels in cells. This makes for a useful control to analyze the impact of RNAi agent delivery in vivo.  This molecule can be used in conjunction with the MaxSuppressor™ Human/Mouse Twinfilin 1 ELISA to monitor twinfilin levels at the protein level.  The miR-1 molecule, along with the MaxSuppressor Human/Mouse Twinfilin 1 ELISA kit, constitutes an in vivo RNAi agent control starter kit.

Quantity: 1mg of miRNA (enough for 10 mouse injection experiments using 100mg/animal).

Catalog #: 3430-04
let7a miRNA molecule

The let7a molecule has been shown to impact Ras oncogene expression and can be used as a control for in vivo validation experiments of RNAi agents.

Quantity: 1mg of miRNA (enough for 10 mouse injection experiments using 100mg/animal).

Catalog #: 3430-05
Negative control miRNA molecule

The non-targeting negative control miRNA has been designed to have absolutely no homology to genes in the human, mouse or rat genomes. Thus, this control can be used to compare to positive control miRNA molecules for in vivo utility.

Quantity: 1mg of miRNA (enough for 10 mouse injection experiments using 100mg/animal).
