Orders to be shipped within the United States and Canada can be placed 24 hours a day by fax or e-mail using this PDF. Customer Service Representatives are available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST, Monday through Friday, to take your order. No minimum order quantity is required.

Payment Terms:
Prepayment or a purchase order is required for all orders unless otherwise approved. Bioo Scientific accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, the Discover Card or checks drawn in US dollars. Please contact us for our banking details if you wish to use a wire transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery:
Depending upon the nature of the product, shipments are made by post, on blue-ice bricks or on dry ice. Domestic orders are shipped promptly using overnight services, and all international shipments are made using FedEx International Express services unless our customer specifically requests an alternative service provider.
Returns:
Due to the temperature requirements of our products, it is not practical to resell returned goods, as we cannot be assured of their quality. Therefore, we regret that in the event of a purchasing error it is our policy not to accept returned goods.
