Prepayment or a purchase order is required for all orders unless otherwise approved. Bioo Scientific accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, the Discover Card or checks drawn in US dollars. Please contact us for our banking details if you wish to use a wire transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery:
Depending upon the nature of the product, shipments are made by post, on blue-ice bricks or on dry ice. Domestic orders are shipped promptly using overnight services, and all international shipments are made using FedEx International Express services unless our customer specifically requests an alternative service provider.
Due to the temperature requirements of our products, it is not practical to resell returned goods, as we cannot be assured of their quality. Therefore, we regret that in the event of a purchasing error it is our policy not to accept returned goods.
